By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy. We aim to make every delivery and device collection fast, transparent, and reliable.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been processed and dispatched.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM on a business day, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
  • We reserve the right to delay processing in cases of payment verification, address confirmation, or stock unavailability. You will be notified promptly in any such case.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping is free for eligible orders as indicated on the product or service page.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner capacity, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We currently ship to all major cities in India serviceable by our logistics partners. Last-mile delivery may not be possible in certain remote or rural PIN codes — in such cases, you may be required to collect from the nearest office of our delivery partner.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders are delivered within India only.

Repair Collection and Delivery

Current coverage: Doorstep collection and delivery for repair services is available within Delhi NCR. We are actively expanding and will update this Policy as new regions are added.
  • Once you schedule a repair, our team will contact you to confirm the collection date, time slot, and technician details.
  • Any applicable collection or pickup fees will be displayed at the time of scheduling before you confirm the booking.
  • Devices collected for repair will be returned to the same address after service completion unless a different delivery address is provided in writing at the time of booking.
  • We handle all devices with care during transit. However, Gadget Guruz's liability for loss or damage during transit is limited to the declared or assessed repair value of the device.
We strongly recommend you back up your device before handover to our technician.

Shipment Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation — including your consignment tracking number — will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number once your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your order status using the tracking number provided or via the 'My Orders' section in your Gadget Guruz account.
  • For repair pickups and deliveries, your technician's live location and estimated arrival will be available in the app once assigned.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@gadgetguruz.com or call 7838423438. We will investigate with our logistics partner and provide an update within 2 business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Refuse to accept a damaged package at delivery, or accept it under protest and document the damage with photographs immediately.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@gadgetguruz.com with your order ID, photographs, and a description of the damage.
  • We will file a claim with the logistics carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
Claims for lost or damaged packages raised more than 48 hours after the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please report any issue promptly.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, our logistics partner will attempt re-delivery as per their policy (typically up to 3 attempts).
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. You may contact us to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • If you need to modify a delivery address or order details, contact us at support@gadgetguruz.com or 7838423438 as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes where the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, address changes or order modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to our logistics partner's capabilities.
  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. For cancellations after dispatch, our Return Policy applies.
  • For repair service cancellations, refer to the Cancellation Policy in our Terms of Use.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • Certain products containing batteries, chemicals, or other regulated components may be subject to carrier-imposed shipping restrictions. Where applicable, this will be indicated on the product page.
  • Gadget Guruz reserves the right to decline shipment to addresses where service cannot be reliably provided.

Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from shipping or delivery shall be subject to the Terms of Use and the jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi, India. Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by this Policy.
