Account Deletion Instructions

We understand that you may wish to delete your account. Please follow the steps below to submit a deletion request. Our team will process your request and notify you within 2-3 working days.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to Your Account

    Visit our website and log in using your credentials (email and password, or via a third-party login service like Facebook or Google).

  2. Go to Your Profile

    Once logged in, navigate to your profile by clicking on the Dashboard link available on clicking user icon in the menu.

  3. Select the "Delete Account" Option

    On your User dashboard->sidebar, scroll down and find the Delete Account. Click the Delete Account button.

  4. Select a Reason for Deletion

    You will be asked to provide a reason for deleting your account. Select an appropriate reason from the dropdown menu (e.g., Privacy concerns, Found a better alternative, etc.). If you choose Other, you can provide additional details in the text field.

  5. Submit the Deletion Request

    After selecting the reason, click the Submit Deletion Request button to confirm your request.

What Happens Next?

Review and Processing: Once your request is submitted, our team will review your request and process it within 2-3 working days.

Confirmation Email: After we have successfully deleted your account, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the account deletion.

Important Notes:

  • After your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data associated with the account, including order history, saved items, and any personal information stored on the platform.
  • If you change your mind, please contact us before the deletion process is completed.
