Gadget Guruz is India's first online multi-brand repair portal for all listed electronic devices which provides free pickup and delivery services across India.

Q. How does Gadget Guruz work?

  You book online repair service for your smartphone/tablet/laptop/desktop etc at www.GadgetGuruz.com Once the order is placed, we shall arrange pickup of your device from your doorstep and email details to you. One of our executives from the logistic team comes for pickup of your device. The device is brought to the nearest repair center where it is properly repaired, tested, and delivered back to your address all within 24-72 hours. This process may be expedited under our Express Service option. Note: The cost of repair is determined by our technicians once they receive your device the same is communicated to you via SMS/email provided by you.

 Q. What are the product issues covered in the service?

We provide repair services for brands like Apple, OnePlus, Asus, Sony, Samsung, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and many more. Repair services offered by us include broken screen repair, charging point repair, faulty camera, diagnostic service, and software services in case of laptops/desktops, etc. 

Q. How do I place a service request at Gadget Guruz?

   The easiest way is by going to www.GadgetGuruz.com. Select brand, model, repair type, choose a payment method, and boom, you are done. You may also call us at 7838423438 between 11 AM - 7 PM (Monday - Saturday). You can also email us at repair@GadgetGuruz.com and we shall assist you in placing an order.

Q. How Long Will It Take To Repair My Device?

 

At Gadget Guruz, we work on providing a quick and hassle-free service to our customers. Most repairs are carried out within 24 - 48 hours upon receiving your device; however, this can be subject to delays if there is a complication or additional parts are required. If there is a delay for any reason, you can track your order and we will keep you fully informed.

Express Service is an exception to this and is subject to availability by location, device, issue etc.

Q. How can you help if I am unable to identify the fault in my device (phone/laptop/desktop)?

If you are unable to understand the reason why your device is not working properly, select the option Diagnostic Service from the list of repair services available or call us at +91 7838423438 so that we can assist you in getting your device repaired properly.

Q. Are all the parts used during repair from Original Equipment Manufacturers?

Most of the parts we use are sourced from Original Equipment Manufacturers. In some cases where we get OEM quality at a better price from some other supplier, we do use them. Rest assured, all the parts are quality tested to ensure the highest quality repair at the cheapest possible prices for our clients. 

Q. What if no pickup service is available for my location?

Do not worry and go ahead to place your order. Once you place the order you can pack your device in a hard box. Our support executive will get in touch with you and will help you with the process. We ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction here at Gadget Guruz. 

Pricing & Payment

Q. What is the mode of payment?

You can pay online by credit/debit cards/ paytm or net banking. Cash on Delivery is also available for selected pin codes.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with the repair service provided by Gadget Guruz ?

 
We at Gadget Guruz work with one mantra and that is complete client satisfaction. Most of the repair services at Gadget Guruz are covered by 30 days warranty. If due to some reason you are not satisfied with our services, our executive shall offer free re-repair or a complete refund based on the genuineness of your claim and evidence shared.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your repair, you must do this before you send the device, and your order will be fully refundable.
